Anwendung: Die Körperöle von Urban Veda sind für das ayurvedische Ritual der Ölmassage, Abhyanga, bestimmt, das die Haut pflegt, die Beweglichkeit anregt und den Geist beruhigt. Um ein Abhyanga-Ritual durchzuführen, rollen Sie die Flasche zwischen den Handflächen hin und her, um das Öl leicht zu erwärmen. Dispense 4-5 pumps of oil, rub between palms for a moment and inhale the pure aromatherapy oils, before massaging for 5-15 minutes. Starting at your extremities, and adding more oil as needed, use long strokes along your limbs moving towards your heart, while switching to circular motions over joints, torso and chest. Allow to absorb before dressing or bathing.
