Application: Urban Veda Body Oils are designed to be used with the Ayurvedic ritual of oil-based massage, Abhyanga, which is practised to condition skin, stimulate limber movement, and calm busy minds. To follow an Abhyanga ritual, begin by rolling the bottle back and forth between the palms to lightly warm the oil. Dispense 4-5 pumps of oil, rub between palms for a moment and inhale the pure aromatherapy oils, before massaging for 5-15 minutes. Starting at your extremities, and adding more oil as needed, use long strokes along your limbs moving towards your heart, while switching to circular motions over joints, torso and chest. Allow to absorb before dressing or bathing.
