Urban Veda Reviving Rose Hydrating Toner

Gently remove grease, grime, and dulling debris with clarifying Rose Geranium and Clove, fortified with proVitamin B5, vitamin C and skin-supporting Amino acids. Rose Damask flower water hydrates and quenches parched skin while essential fatty-rich Borage, Jasmine and Evening Primrose combine to improve and brighten complexion, boost elasticity and soothe dry skin.

Application: After cleansing, apply toner to cotton pad and then to face and neck, using gentle sweeping movements. Allow a minute for botanicals to absorb into the skin, before moisturising. Repeat cleansing process twice daily.
