Registration The registration can be done via the registration form on the website or by e-mail to retreat@basera.ch. The registration will be confirmed by e-mail. The registration is binding and you have accepted our general terms and conditions and prices.
Cancellation You have the possibility to cancel your registration. For cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the course we charge a processing fee of CHF 100. For cancellations less than 14 days before the course starts, the total course and accommodation costs will be charged. In the event of absence from the course without cancellation or early departure, the entire booking amount remains due. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the number of participants is too low. In this case, 100% of the already paid amounts will be refunded. Other possible expenses for the course participation will not be refunded.
Payment We will send you a pay-in slip. Payment must be made in advance.
Facility The rooms in Villa Unspunnen are simple and have their own washbasin. Toilets and showers are located on the floor.
Pets Villa Unspunnen does not have the necessary facilities to accommodate pets. Therefore we ask you to find a better place for your pets during your stay.
Smoking Villa Unspunnen is a non-smoking house.
Catering Vegetarian meals are prepared, as far as possible of organic origin. Depending on the size of the group, we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements for an additional charge of CHF 10. To make sure it works out, please indicate your dietary requirements in your registration under remarks.
Room requests Room requests will be considered in the order of bookings.
Insurance The course management and Villa Unspunnen exclude any liability for damages. Course participants are therefore responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient insurance coverage.
Responsibility Each participant is fully responsible for him/herself and his/her actions during the retreat and is responsible for any damage caused. The participants commit themselves to discuss any physical or psychological illnesses that could pose a risk to their participation in the seminar and its course with their own doctor/therapist and to inform the seminar management in advance. The retreat is no substitute for medical and psychological treatment.
